HomeandGrounds.Com, Inc. of Washington, DC announced today
that it has teamed up with Allplans.com - the Homeplans Outlet
operated by Allplans.com of Mobile, Alabama. The agreement
a joint co-operative venture between the two firms will allow
Homeandgrounds.com customers and visitors the ability to search
and purchase on-line home plans designed by nationally recognized
American Institute of Building Design (AIBD) architects. The
software according to Allplans, com President and CEO is "state
of the art" and allows for consumers to quickly find high
quality homeplans of "their dream house". "The plans can be
reviewed by a local architect to qualify them for Local County
or state specifications and are ready for use."
In making the announcement Homeandgrounds.com director
of marketing proclaimed " The addition of having homeplans
available to our visitors is a perfect compliment to our goal
of providing the consumer "everything for the home and landscape
all under one web roof".

a co-founder of NET2000 (Nasdaq:NTKK) has been named to its
board of directors. Ms. Marsan also co-founded N2N Communications,
Inc., an Internet service provider that was subsequently sold
in 1996. Ms. Marsanšs career has spanned twenty years and
including key management, sales and marketing roles with Verizon
(formerly Bell Atlantic) and AT&T. She was recently included
among the Top 25 female CLEC executives in the United States
by Xchange magazine (May 2000). Ms. Marsan presently serves
on the boards of Gryphon Technologies, Digital Internetworks
and CHILDHELP USA. Ms. Marsan has an MBA from the George Washington
University and a BA from the University of South Florida College
of Business Administration.
